A light and refreshing chicken salad that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: grapes, nuts, or fresh herbs for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken and chopped celery.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken and celery mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. If desired, add grapes, nuts, or herbs for extra flavor.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve on a bed of lettuce or as a sandwich filling.
