  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and mixed vegetables.
  3. Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the boneless chicken on top of the rice mixture, ensuring everything is well combined.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in your preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  6. After 45 minutes, remove the foil and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the top is golden brown.
