Delicious Chicken Pillows filled with creamy chicken and cheese, wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough. Perfect for any occasion!

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Unroll crescent roll dough on the parchment-lined baking sheet and cut each triangle in half.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll the dough over the filling, sealing the edges tightly.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.

Notes

Serve warm with dipping sauces or a green salad. Leftover filling can be used in mini tortillas.
