  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Crispy fries (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce.
  8. Serve hot with crispy fries and garnish with fresh parsley.
