  • 1 pound ground chicken or 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, sauces

Instructions

  1. If using chicken breasts, pound them to an even thickness. If using ground chicken, mix it with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Form the chicken mixture into round patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease it.
  4. Cook the patties for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. If adding cheese, place a slice on top about one minute before finishing.
  6. Toast the burger buns until golden.
  7. Assemble your chicken burgers with your chosen toppings and enjoy.

Notes

Avoid pressing down on the patties during cooking to retain moisture. Use a meat thermometer to ensure safe cooking.
