Delicious Chicken Bacon Ranch Keto Bowls featuring creamy ranch sauce, shredded chicken, and crispy bacon over cauliflower rice.

  • 10 oz frozen steam-in-bag cauliflower rice
  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Steam the cauliflower rice according to package instructions, then set aside.
  2. Fry the bacon in a skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels and crumble. Set this aside for topping later.
  3. Melt cream cheese and sour cream together in the same skillet over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  4. Stir in ranch seasoning and add shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until melted and well combined.
  5. Add the shredded chicken and steamed cauliflower rice to the skillet. Toss them in the creamy sauce until completely coated.
  6. Mix in half of the crumbled bacon, stirring until heated through.
  7. Serve by dividing the mixture into bowls and topping with the remaining bacon and chopped parsley.

Notes

For extra creaminess, consider using full-fat cream cheese and sour cream. Adjust seasonings to your personal preference as needed.
