  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 package stuffing mix
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. If desired, stir in the mixed vegetables.
  3. Pour this mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, prepare the stuffing mix according to the package instructions.
  5. Spread the stuffing evenly on top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving.
