  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup golden rice vermicelli
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Rice-A-Roni according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked Rice-A-Roni, shredded chicken, water chestnuts, and rice vermicelli.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
