A comforting chicken and rice casserole that’s simple to prepare and packed with flavor, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked shredded chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
