  • 8 oz pasta (shells, rotini, or your favorite pasta shape)
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, broccoli, shredded chicken, and Alfredo sauce. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For convenience, you can use leftover rotisserie chicken. Add spices like garlic powder or Italian herbs to enhance the flavor.
