A delightful grilled chicken dish topped with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil, drizzled with balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, layer mozzarella slices on top.
  5. Close the grill lid for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the grill and top with tomato slices and fresh basil.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
