A vibrant and creamy Cajun chicken pasta that brings bold flavors and warmth to your dining table.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and Cajun seasoning; cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet; sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Allow to simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra heat, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce before serving.
