Delicious burger dinner foil packets filled with seasoned ground beef and colorful veggies, easy to customize for everyone’s tastes.

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs ground beef (80/20)
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder (to taste)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Ketchup, mustard, pickles, or any favorite toppings
  • Heavy-duty aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Form the beef into four equal patties.
  3. Lay out four heavy-duty aluminum foil sheets and distribute the sliced potatoes, onions, and bell peppers, topped with a beef patty on each sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Seal the foil packets tightly.
  6. Cook in a preheated grill or oven (400°F) for 25-30 minutes until the beef reaches 160°F and vegetables are tender.
  7. Open the packets, sprinkle cheese on top, and add desired toppings before serving.
