A delicious and easy-to-make dish combining tender chicken with a sweet and tangy glaze made from brown sugar and pineapple.

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the glaze over the chicken and add the pineapple chunks around it.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired and serve.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, you can let the chicken marinate in the glaze for a short period before baking.
