  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Pineapple slices
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger in a bowl to create a marinade.
