  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  4. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
