Broccoli Chicken Casserole

A comforting and nutritious casserole combining pasta, chicken, and broccoli in a creamy mixture.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil or butter until tender.
  3. Mix the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, broccoli, sautéed mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Garnish with fresh herbs for added flavor and color. Serve alongside a fresh salad or crusty bread.
