A lighter, fresh take on the classic Big Mac, this salad combines ground beef, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, and a copycat Big Mac sauce for a vibrant and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup copycat Big Mac sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, chop the iceberg lettuce and add it to a serving dish.
  3. Dice the onions and pickles, then add them to the lettuce.
  4. Once the ground beef is cooked, layer it on top of the salad.
  5. Drizzle the copycat Big Mac sauce over the top.
  6. Toss gently and serve.

Notes

Allow the ground beef to rest for a minute after cooking to retain juices. Adjust the amounts of onions and pickles to fit your taste. Consider adding toppings like shredded cheese or crispy bacon bits for extra flavor.
