Quick and delicious grilled chicken wraps filled with fresh vegetables and creamy dressing, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or your choice of dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, then slice into strips.
  2. Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. Layer the romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheese on each tortilla.
  4. Drizzle ranch dressing over the fillings and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Fold the sides of each tortilla in, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to secure the filling.
  6. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

Let the grilled chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing to retain moisture. Add avocado or bell peppers for extra flavor.
