  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth to prepare the bang bang sauce.
  2. Coat each chicken tenderloin in panko breadcrumbs, ensuring thorough coverage.
  3. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry the chicken tenderloins in batches for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm, drizzled with bang bang sauce.

Notes

For added crunch, let the coated chicken sit for a few minutes before frying. Marinating the chicken in garlic powder, salt, and pepper can enhance the flavor.
