Deliciously crispy bang bang chicken tenderloins drizzled with a creamy, spicy sauce that brings joy to any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Set up a breading station with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge the chicken tenderloins in panko to coat evenly.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the coated chicken tenderloins in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Drizzle the fried chicken with the bang bang sauce and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, season panko with garlic powder or herbs. Adjust sriracha for spiciness!
