A simple yet flavorful recipe for roasted chicken thighs marinated in Hidden Valley Ranch dressing and spices.

Ingredients

  • Bone-in chicken thighs
  • Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken thighs, olive oil, Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss until well coated.
  3. Place chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is golden brown.
  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for the last few minutes of cooking. Marinating the chicken for at least 30 minutes is recommended.
