A delightful combination of juicy chicken breasts, tart pineapple, and a tangy mustard glaze that brings joy to your kitchen.

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the spicy brown mustard, honey, and soy sauce.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour the mustard mixture over the chicken.
  5. Scatter the pineapple chunks on top of the chicken.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
