  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Fresh thyme (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400º F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, honey, both mustards, salt, and minced garlic. Stir until smooth.
  3. Lightly pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  4. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the honey mustard sauce.
  5. Place the chicken in a 9×13-inch baking dish, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165º F.
