Baked garlic Parmesan chicken is a crunchy, cheesy dish that combines tender chicken with a golden brown crust, bursting with flavor.

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, ensuring an even coating, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through at an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Let the chicken rest for about five minutes after baking to allow the juices to redistribute. Consider using drier breadcrumbs if the mixture doesn’t stick well.
