  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil spray for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix honey and hot sauce to prepare the glaze.
  4. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange the breaded chicken on a baking sheet and spray lightly with oil.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Drizzle honey-hot sauce mixture over the chicken before serving.

Notes
