  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles or rice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the mushrooms and continue to sauté until soft.
  4. In a baking dish, combine the diced chicken, sautéed vegetables, sour cream, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
