Delicious baked chicken drumsticks coated in homemade barbecue sauce, delivering smoky flavor and crispy skin without outdoor grilling.

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
  4. Coat the drumsticks with the barbecue sauce mixture.
  5. Place the drumsticks on a rack in a baking pan or tray.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
