  • 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 8 slices of smoky bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden on both sides (about 4-5 minutes each side).
  4. Place the cooked chicken in a baking dish.
  5. Drizzle honey mustard over each piece of chicken.
  6. Top each breast with cooked bacon slices and shredded cheese.
