A quick and delicious recipe for teriyaki chicken cooked in an air fryer, featuring tender chicken pieces with a crispy exterior and rich umami flavor.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or steamed veggies for serving
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with the teriyaki sauce and vegetable oil. Mix until well coated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
