Quick and easy air fryer grilled chicken breasts that are crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, flip the chicken, and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy with rice, salads, or in sandwiches.

Notes

Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes before cooking for better flavor.
