Delicious and juicy grilled chicken breasts made effortlessly in an air fryer, combining perfect spices for a flavorful meal.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Lemon juice for marinating

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture over the chicken breasts. (Optional) Marinate in lemon juice for 15-30 minutes for extra flavor.
  4. Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve over rice, salads, or in sandwiches.
