Delicious and healthier air fryer chicken burgers made with ground chicken and a blend of spices, offering a crispy outside and juicy inside.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Whole-grain buns
  • Fresh toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties of your desired size.
