Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Lightly spray or brush the chicken with olive oil if desired.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  5. Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
