Juicy air fryer boneless skinless chicken thighs with a crispy exterior and tender meat, easy to prepare with a flavorful seasoning blend.

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken thighs and coat them with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice golden-brown color.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the seasoning blend for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Use a meat thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
